Many people resolve to do this but fail after a few weeks. Consistency is so important when it comes to sticking with your plan. Make a schedule and start small. For example, make Tuesdays and Thursdays your gym days. You also pack your own lunch on those days. Get in the habit of preparing two lunches per week.

It's also a lot easier to say no to that unhealthy group lunch when you have a plan. You'll also find that after a while people will know not to ask you to go to lunch on those days. It can be difficult at first but you will be amazed and what a difference those two days will make. Stick with it for at least a month. Your hard work will be validated and once you start seeing results....it will become a whole lot easier.
